Privacy Policy

NeuroWin ("we", "us", or "the app") is a sports analytics and football prediction application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the NeuroWin mobile app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. NeuroWin is a prediction and analytics tool for informational and entertainment purposes. It uses a virtual in-app currency (diamonds) and does not involve real-money wagering.

• Account information: a username you choose when you create an account. NeuroWin accounts are username-based; we do not require an email address or password.
• User identifier: a user ID used to personalize predictions and save your picks.
• Device identifiers: a device/push token used to deliver notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging, and — where you have consented — the advertising ID used by Google AdMob to serve ads.
• Usage data: basic app interaction and performance data used to keep the app working reliably.

We do not collect precise location data, and we do not collect financial or payment information for predictions (the app uses virtual diamonds only).

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide core features such as personalized predictions, saved picks, and performance tracking.
• To send notifications you opt into, such as match reminders and daily rewards.
• To maintain security and improve app performance.

The Google Play version of NeuroWin displays ads served by Google AdMob. When required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and other regulated regions), the app shows Google's official consent message (powered by the User Messaging Platform) before any personalized ad is requested.

• If you consent to personalized ads, AdMob may use your advertising ID and similar signals to show ads more relevant to you.
• If you decline or limit personalization, the app continues to work fully and AdMob serves non-personalized or limited ads instead.
• You can review or change your choices at any time in the app: Settings → Legal & About → Privacy Choices — Ad Consent.
• Google's use of advertising identifiers is covered by the Google advertising policy.

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app. These may process limited data on our behalf:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, push notifications, and analytics.
• Google AdMob: serves in-app advertising. Subject to your consent choices described above, it may process your advertising ID and related signals to deliver and measure ads.
• Football data providers: licensed sports data APIs used to display matches and statistics. These receive no personal data from you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored on secured infrastructure. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time, either in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or on our public Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent. Requests submitted from the website are processed within 7 days. We keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself for security and anti-abuse purposes.

• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• You can review or change your advertising consent choices in the app via Settings → Privacy Choices — Ad Consent (shown before any personalized ads are requested where required by law).
• You can request access to or deletion of your data.
• You can stop using the app and request that your account be removed via the Delete Account page.

NeuroWin is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
