Delete Your NeuroWin Account

NeuroWin accounts are username-based. You create an account by choosing a username in the app — no email address or password is required. Your account is identified solely by this username, so you need your username to request deletion from this page.

You have two options:

• In the app (immediate): open NeuroWin → Settings → Account → Delete Account, read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and your account is deleted immediately.
• From this page (no app needed): submit the deletion request form below with your username. The request is tracked and permanently processed within 7 days. You will receive a unique request reference — save it. Use the "Check request status" form with that reference (not your username) to see whether your request is still pending or has been processed. To cancel a pending request before it is processed, contact support.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data linked to your username:

• Your account profile: username, display name, and avatar.
• Your account statistics: win rate, profit, yield, and other ranking-related data.
• Your saved picks (virtual predictions) and your position on the leaderboards.
• Your virtual diamonds balance and your diamonds transaction history.
• VIP pack purchases and VIP unlock sessions.
• Your in-app notifications.
• Your notification/device token, so you no longer receive push notifications from NeuroWin.
• Your social connections (accounts you follow and your followers).

• Non-personal data that is not linked to your account, such as match fixtures, sports statistics, and model predictions.
• A minimal record of the deletion request itself (your username and the request/processing dates), kept for security, anti-abuse, and compliance purposes so we can prove the request was honoured.
